Welcome to EON Exclusives, the official customer loyalty and rewards program of EON Group of Companies (“EON,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions govern the participation of members (“Member,” “you,” or “your”) in the EON Exclusives Program.

By enrolling in or using the EON Exclusives Program, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Membership Eligibility

  • Membership is open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old.
  • Employees, affiliates, and representatives of EON Group of Companies may participate subject to internal company policies.
  • Membership is free. Physical cards are available for a fee of Php 200.00.
  • EON reserves the right to approve, reject, or terminate applications at its discretion.

2. Enrollment and Registration

Members agree to provide accurate information. Accounts are non-transferable, and members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Earning of Points and Rewards

Points are earned via eligible transactions. EON reserves the right to adjust point conversion rates and mechanics at any time. Points hold no cash value.

4. Redemption of Rewards

Redemption may require valid ID verification. Rewards and vouchers are subject to expiration dates; expired or unused vouchers are not eligible for reinstatement.

5. Membership Benefits and Privacy

Members enjoy exclusive access and events. By enrolling, you consent to the processing of your personal data for membership management and promotional purposes in accordance with data privacy laws.

6. Limitation of Liability and Program Changes

EON is not liable for system downtime or third-party errors. We reserve the right to modify or terminate the program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
